Exchange and Return Policy

At Barata Aviation , we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and safety. All parts sold undergo rigorous inspection and quality control processes before shipping.

Deadlines

  • The customer may request an exchange or return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

  • After this period, return requests will not be accepted, except in exceptional cases previously analyzed by our technical team.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • The part must be in the same condition as when it was delivered , with no signs of additional use, damage or modifications.

  • It is mandatory to keep the original packaging and the serial number legible.

  • The request must be made by email or telephone, stating the order number, item purchased and reason for return.

Ineligible Products

  • Items classified as “As Removed” or sold in a specific condition without warranty cannot be returned, except in the case of a shipping error.

  • Products with signs of misuse or incorrect installation will not be accepted.

Reversal

  • After analysis and approval, the refund or replacement will be made within 10 business days .

  • In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.
